Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual with a strong background in the printing industry and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess an agile and lean mindset, adept in various printing techniques and post-printing processes, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving to maintain the seamless operation of our printing equipment.
Core Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in the printing industry
- Agile and Lean mindset
- Experience in the printing industry (screen printing, stenciling, rotary screen printing, roll-to-roll printing, flexographic printing)
- Experience in post-printing operations (curing, die cutting, laminating)
- Basic problem-solving skills for equipment operation
- Ability to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability outside standard business hours (7 a.m. - 6 p.m., Mon-Fri)
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in printing electronics (conducting inks, functional devices)
- Skill in identifying and fixing mechanical faults of equipment
- Experience in ISO certified facility
Skills and Knowledge:
- Printing and die cutting skills
- Knowledge of inks, thinners, cleaning methods, substrates, and printing tools
- Familiarity with printing equipment and maintenance
- Strong organizational skills
- Adherence to high standards of cleanliness (5s)
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent documentation practices
